As an advocate for better health, Nick provides workshops and coaching to individuals, small groups, couples and families in the Greater Portland area.
Nick lives in Southern Maine with his wife and two daughters. Along with working his tools of healthy eating, he 's learning to play hockey, rides with his cycling club, plays music with friends, and catches up on all the classics his mother would be shocked to know he hadn't read yet.
